Registration Fee:

• All participants are charged an annual registration fee: $5.
  • Annual Family registration fee: $15 max

Secure Your Enrollment

• Online class registrations must be paid in full by credit card or be enrolled into the Spring Bi-Term Payment Plan, with first installment paid.
• Registrations with no payment or that has not been enrolled into payment plan option will be removed from all classes at midnight of the day you registered.
• To secure you/your child's spot in class, a payment, either in full or installment must be received.
• Classes fill up quickly, all those put on the waiting list are not charged a fee for class until they enroll in the class.

Payment Plan Option Info

• Enrolling into the Spring Bi-Term Payment Plan:
  • First, you are required to enter in your credit card information.
  • You will then see on the payment screen you owe 'O' (note: your credit card has not been charged.)
  • ENCORE is then sent an email that you are enrolled into the payment plan, then ENCORE charges your credit card for the half payment due.
  • All enrolled in payment plan will automatically be charged 5 weeks into the term for the balance due, unless arranged differently with owner and office manager.

Spring Recital

• Dates: June 9th & 10th
  • Students/Parents will find out which day they will be performing on, in the third week of class.
  • All classes marked with an (R) are Recital classes.
  • All recital classes; depending on class & instructor, will have an extra costume charge of $25 to $55 per students. Additionally, you may be required to purchase additional items, such as tights, dance shoes, or leotard. Please be aware that all instructors keep cost in mind when designing costumes.

Liability/Policy Waiver

• ENCORE participants are required to sign a liability/policy waiver. New patrons will be asked to sign the liability/policy waiver before attending their first class.
• Students/Patrons under the age of 18yrs need thier parent signature for these waivers.
• Review Copy of Liabilty/Policy Waiver.

Pre-Requisites

• Some classes require certain dance wear, shoes, ect.  Please read full descriptions of classes.
• Some classes require performances, and costumes.  Please read full descriptions of classes.
